My manifesto guides my work
I don’t run your internal communications channels. I make sure they don’t run you.
I don’t create meaningless content. I help you create meaningful conversations and connections.
I don’t lead your leaders. I teach them how to lead others with confidence and compassion.
I don’t tell you how to reduce employee turnover. I help your employees tell you.
I don’t increase employee engagement. I show you how to improve employer engagement.
I don’t create your workplace culture. I help you shape and shine the one you already have.
If your job is to communicate with employees and deliver incredible experiences, then my job is to give you the courage, confidence and clarity to do that in a genuine way.
Your employees are hungry for an authentic workplace connection that informs, involves and inspires them to be their best. My job is to inform, involve and inspire you to be your best, for you and for them.
No more hiding behind “corporate communications.”
No more letting technology – or the technologists – either dominate or intimidate you.
No more leaving employees in the dark because it’s too hard to reach them or because you and your leaders are too afraid of how they’ll react or respond.
No more being satisfied with communications and experience outputs that don’t drive business outcomes.
And no more hoping that things will change. They will change. And you’ll change them.
It’s time to look out the windshield, not the rearview mirror.
It’s time for you to become the leader you are meant to be.
It’s time to reimagine your relationship with your blue collar employees.
